The first training «Breathing through Stress» from the training cycle «Psychological Self-Support in Stressful Situations» was held
At the training we told about the key «traps» of stress, how dangerous it is and how to use it for good. There was a lot of practice: breathing techniques, grounding exercises and the return of consciousness in here and now, the elements of art therapy in dealing with stress 🙌🏻
Participants received and tested a set of tools that in difficult life situations will help support themselves, their psyche 🙏
